Mehron StarBlend Ebony Cake Makeup is highly pigmented pressed powder with a matte finish that can be used wet or dry for creating effective face paint designs. StarBlend Makeup is best used dry with a smooth blender or sponge. Mehron StarBlend is moisture absorbing and non-streaking for long-lasting face paint designs. Use StarBlend Cake Makeup dry to lay down a translucent base color, or use wet for adding bold color to your face paint design. To use wet, let water soak and mix to make a creamy consistency. Note that Starblend cannot be used dry after using it with water. 2 ounce size.
