We want you to glow with confidence, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for any products that do not meet your expectations. Items must be in their original packaging and gently used or unopened to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Facepaint account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the beauty products in their original box with all protective padding to ensure they arrive back to us safely and undamaged.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
